Welcome to the SAMA Studio

Tune in, deeply listen and meet yourself here.

The Sama Studio offers yoga practices which are feminine in energy, an exploration of the creative expression of the body through gentle hatha slow flow and yin yoga classes fused with pranayama (breathwork) and lots of meditation.

Samie’s intention is to guide you towards greater self-awareness and connection to your intuitive wisdom, to allow your mind and body to embrace moments of stillness and sink into the rest and digest state.

She shares the spiritual teachings of yoga, as well as the practical tools, to support you to return home to yourself and spark the magic to continue to unfold for you off the mat.

Everyone is welcome here.

All classes are suitable for all levels of practice and ranges of movement.

Sama Classes

  • Your invitation to embrace moments of stillness in a soft and restorative yin yoga practice.

Sink into your body, slow the mind, breathe and return to sattva.

This class focuses on calming, balancing and grounding.

  • In this practice we move through a slow and intentional flow of hatha yoga asana as a moving meditation, with breath as our guide.

A practice to connect and return to the present moment over and over again.

A waking up of your subtle (energy) body, an exploration of your inner landscape, and an unveiling of creative expression through your body.

This practice includes meditation, breathwork, and a combination of yoga postures performed standing, seated and on your back, with options for all levels.

  • Every season Studio Sama offers a tailored workshop to explore the energy of the season, ayurveda, yoga, meditation, breath and ritual.

Seasonal Yoga Workshops

Inspired by nature as a guiding teacher and as a potent reminder that we are not separate from the earth, but intimately woven into its creation. I honour nature, the elements and the seasons, by offering seasonal workshops that weave the wisdom of the natural world, with yoga, ayurveda, rituals and self-enquiry as a path to discovering the true self.

Seasonal workshops are now shifting from in-person to online.
